ICE AID Cryo & Pneumatic Compression System
Cold therapy is designed to be used post-operatively or after competition. It uses pneumatic intermittent compression and cryotherapy.
It uses ice and water, which circulate continuously for a pre-selected period through the connector hose and into the chosen wrap, which is on the horse. There are 5 levels of compression and programmable time settings.
Cryo Push Dual can do 2 legs at once so suitable for equine use. Cold compression therapy works by constricting the blood vessels, which in turn reduces swelling and inflammation.
Calms muscle spasms, minimises bruising and soothes nerve endings, encouraging quick and effective healing for a variety of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries.
